Global Calcium - Manager - Employee Relations & Welfare (5-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and monitor employee welfare schemes, including health, safety, and recreational activities.

- Promote a healthy work culture through engagement initiatives, awareness programs, and employee assistance programs.

- Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, industrial regulations, and statutory provisions related to employee welfare.

- Liaise with government authorities and labor departments to maintain regulatory compliance.

- Support in handling disciplinary procedures, conflict resolution, and industrial disputes.

- Collaborate with HR and safety teams to implement and maintain occupational health and safety programs.

- Conduct awareness sessions on workplace safety, mental health, and employee well-being.

- Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical industry safety norms and legal requirements.

- Organize and conduct training programs on labor rights, company policies, and employee benefits.

- Serve as a bridge between management and employees to enhance communication and workplace harmony.

- Conduct surveys and feedback mechanisms to assess employee satisfaction and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on Employee Relations, Labor Law Compliance, and Employee Welfare.

- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
