Job Description
1.Pest Control Management of Unit 1,2,4 and external warehouse
Daily Monitoring of Rodent boxes & record updating
Management and control of all PEST- related activities, including management of mosquitoes , cockroaches ,spiders, lizards etc
Preparation of trend analysis for rodent
Conducting pest control survey along with survey provider
Working with concern HOD and cross functional team to close the gaps related to pest control
2.Entire Laundry Management
Laundry record maintenance and receipt and Issuance of garments for washing
Upkeep of Lenin stock for issuing replacements and new joiners as needed
Inspection of laundry site on regular intervals
Organising the foam test for laundry site as per the GMP requirements
Record maintenance of cleaning of aprons, uniforms etc
3.Bill Payments
Process of bills related to laundry, pest control, and mobile bills
Follow up with accounts to ensure timely payments
4.Welfare
Coordinating with HODs for collecting requirements details of unifroms, aporns etc
Coordinating with external vendors for taking measurements for uniforms
Raising PR for all the welfare activities and follow up with purchase dept
Maintaining the stock of welfare materials proving to concern stake holders as required.
