Employee Relations Role - Human Resources - BFSI (4-5 yrs)

Job Responsibilities:

- Engaging in interviews, to gauge Candidate fitment with the company Values & Culture.

- Ensure alignment with all the timelines for joining, confirmations, exits, etc.

- Conduct timely Induction for all new Joiners

- Engage with Key stake holders and build on employee camaraderie for the region.

- Ensure retention of Key Performers, through strategic interventions and proactive planning.

- Undertake & drive multiple employee engagement activities at a regional level.

- Management of all employee related Grievances for the assigned region.

- Management of all Disciplinary Cases for the region. This would entail alignment with all statutory regulations, internal policies and stakeholder management.

- Any additional HR assignments or Projects which the company may initiate.
