Job Title: Operation Manager

Role: Full Time

Location: GLA University, Mathura campus

Experience - 2 - 5 years

Role & responsibilities

1. To Create sections as per the instructions of higher authority.

2. To advise the students to register his/her in the particular semester

after paying the required Fee. If any student came with the permission

of higher authority for registration, then need to verify and allow

him/her for registration up to that period.

3. Assign the role of class advisor for respective sections.

4. Mapping of subjects

5. To upload class time table at University portal before commencement

of classes.

6. To approve all types of leaves of students on daily basis. Leaves may be

related to cultural activity, guest lectures, sports events, Medical

emergency.

7. To ensure about dispatch of letter to all those students who have

attendance less than 75% in any subject. (By registered post, in case of

less than 60%)

8. To track and monitor that students do not bunk-masse from

classes/practicals/tutorials.

9. Prepare Detention list for practical and theory.

10. Track Credit count of final year students

11. Single point of contact addressing all student related issues,

grievances etc.

12. Any other relevant task

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in operation management, business administration or related field.

Candidate must have 2 years of experience in operation Management.

strong knowledge of IT and ERP system required.

person with good communication skills.
