AGM HR Operations

Role & responsibilities

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization and becomes a part of the Induction Process.
• Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and processes.
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems.
• Supervise the delivery of HR Operations, managing the workflow to ensure, accurate, high quality and timely provision of services to all stakeholders within the HR department and across the university.
• Reviewing and approving budgets, implementing new company policies and maintaining internal HR systems.
• Ensure Logistic support and Asset allocation formalities.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of HR operations experience in HR Operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within HR operations.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to handle confidential HR information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage multiple HR responsibilities effectively.
