Role: Sr. Executive/ Executive -HR Shared Services
Qualification : Graduation or Diploma in HR
Location : Govandi ( East ), Mumbai ( 2nd & 4th Saturday off, 1st, 3rd, 5th Saturday working )
Office Timings : 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
We are looking for a passionate, collaborative and service oriented mind set teammate for the HR shared services team. The candidate should have prior experience of handling end to end HR Shared services model for management of employee life cycle.
Job Description
Its individual contributor role.
This position will handle the entire HR operation including employee life cycle management (after
acceptance of offer letter - till exit), make sure correct & complete employee details in the HRMS
application & integration to SAP and wow experience of candidates as well employees. This role requires a deep understanding of the entire HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
candidate till exit including on boarding, transfer, promotion, salary restructuring, release of
letters, exit formalities.
validation till data integration to SAP including handling employees queries etc but not limited to
HR administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining employee records, updating HRIS
(Human Resources Information System), processing HR forms (e.g. new hires, terminations,
promotions), release of letters and managing documentation.
HRIT, HR Business Partners etc.
stakeholders, such as employees, managers and other HR team members.
