Product Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Candidates should have experience in garments / textiles / apparel or Toy industry.

2. Should have good knowledge in production process, planning and controlling.

3. Should be able to manage all the departments HODs and monitor the reports as per requirements.

4. Planning, Organising and directing the production schedules as per requirement.

5. Should be responsible in improvising the efficiency of activities, materials, staff resources and budgets to produce goods.

6. Should have good coordination with sales team, Quality team, Production team, Sourcing team and logistics team as well.

7. Should be able to implement new strategies to increase productivity.

8. Monitoring the production process and Data analysis

9. Should have good decision making and multi-tasking skills.
