Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities

1. Business Forecasting & Reporting:

• Develop and implement forecasting models for multiple business units.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align forecasting efforts with organizational goals.
• Gather, interpret, and analyze complex data to provide actionable insights for process improvement and performance optimization.

2. Database Development & Management:

• Create and maintain an external market indicator database for dashboards and analyses.
• Ensure accuracy and governance of data across the organization.

3. Data Analysis and Insights:

• Explore datasets to uncover actionable insights and provide business recommendations.
• Conceptualize and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to benchmark and measure performance across various aspects of the business.

4. Data Presentation & Management:

• Build, manage, and present reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders (MIS).
• Act as the gatekeeper for data governance within the organization, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Collaborate with internal teams to manage data, facilitate data transfers, and solve process-related challenges.
• Understand data structures, workflows, and pain points to propose solutions.

6. Market Research & Benchmarking:

• Conduct extensive secondary research to benchmark industry best practices.
• Generate insights to guide project execution and business strategies.

7. Client Engagement and Sales:

• Meet prospective clients to present unique propositions and create points of sale.
• Develop and maintain a network of vendors and end consumers.
• Conduct direct sales by identifying prospective customers, generating leads, and driving conversions through primary and secondary market outreach.

Work Experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Industry.
