Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Talent Sourcing:


Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms to identify potential candidates.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future roles.


Screening and Shortlisting:


Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Provide comprehensive feedback on shortlisted candidates.


Stakeholder Management:


Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.

Offer strategic advice on recruitment timelines, market insights, and candidate availability.


Candidate Engagement:


Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process.

Negotiate offers, ensuring alignment with compensation guidelines and candidate expectations.


Onboarding Support:


Work with HR to ensure smooth onboarding and document completion.

Provide follow-ups to new hires during the initial weeks of employment.


Data Management and Reporting:


Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment databases.

Generate recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.


Market Research:


Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and salary benchmarks.

Identify innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.


Key Skills


Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment across various industries (e.g., IT, BFSI, Manufacturing).

Expertise in using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS systems.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Data-driven approach to track recruitment metrics and improve processes.
