Management Trainee - Collections

Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee- Collections!

Responsibilities •    You need to lead all the activities related to Cash and Collections domain. •    Balance Cash related to collections and dispute management, implement & enforce to strategy. •    Interaction with end customers via Calls and Emails for collecting past due amount. •    Meeting collections numbers/targets (monthly/ quarterly/ yearly) •    Customer and Country/Regional Stakeholder Relationship Management through e-mail and conference calls. •    Dispute Balancing related to invoice, cash and collection issues. •    Lead and participate in conference calls with Country / Regional Financial Managers. •    Participate in governance meetings at country / region level.  •    People management: ensure team members are meeting the deliverables and keep them motivated. •    Identify operational improvement opportunities and drive implementation (Lean and Six Sigma projects) •    Timely and effective communication with internal departments for issue resolution •    Should have understanding on all outcome-based reports, should be able to drive daily and weekly cash and Collections target.  

Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications  •    Commerce graduate  •    Significant work experience in Cash and Collections •    Should have B2B Collections experience •    Experience in leading a team •    People management skills •    Excellent Interpersonal Skills

Preferred Qualifications / Skills •    Ability to work with various other IT applications (PEGA, HRC, reporting tools, etc.)
