Inviting applications for the role of Contract Digitization Specialist, Business Analyst!

In this role, Analyst will support the stakeholder to digitize details and information within legal documents (generally in a PDF or Word format) for applicable contract management software or related applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyst is responsible to scrub the document manually scrub, sort, categorize, input, and upload various customer contract details and information from legal documents and agreements.
• Analyst will be required to learn a basic understanding of such contracts, in order to properly sort and document the contract details. Analyst is responsible for communicating with customers on the daily updates.
• Analyst must maintain accurate records of all the contracts processed, This information may be used for reporting purposes, quality control, or future reference.
• Analyst may need to handle customer complaints or disputes related to any of the contracts. This may involve investigating the issue, liaising with other departments or teams within the company, and working towards a satisfactory resolution for the customer.
• Analyst may be required to provide feedback and suggestions for improving the contract digitization process. This could include identifying common issues or bottlenecks, proposing process changes, or recommending training or resources to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Any Bachelors degree.
• Ability to use superior communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills to frame decisions for senior management and drive optimized decision-making
• Able to be self-directed and work independently to meet and exceed goals.

• Experience in Analytics domain is preferred
