1) ESTIMATION / BUDGETING / QUANTITY SURVEYING FOR MEP PACKAGES

i Estimation / Budgeting based on current market rates.

ii Verifying correctness / taking out of quantities before tendering process.

iii Tracking of cost / expenses committed & variances with budget.

iv Making / verifying rate analysis of various items as per current market rates.

2) SOURCING OF VENDORS, MATERIALS, SERVICES AND CONTRACTS

i Listing of suitable vendors and contractors.

ii Preparation of prequalification documents as per set parameters.

iii Preparation and floating of enquiries / RFQs.

3) CONTRACTS / SERVICES PLANNING

i Making comparison statements.

ii Preparation of management note for approval.

iii Preparation of work orders / amendment orders.

iv Coordination with execution team, finance team, architectural & consultants team.

4) DATA BANK DEVELOPMENT

i Updation and development of data bank with regards to vendors, materials and contractors.
