Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Accounts Receivable (AR) Lead [CashApplication (AutoBank) and Credit Management]
The Accounts Receivable ACredit Team Lead will be responsible for the effective and efficient performance of the AR Credit teams.

Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, organizing and managing AR, Credit Reporting activities globally in alignment with agreed objectives.
Improve Accounts Receivable (AR) Automation and eliminate manual effort by leveraging SAP auto bank cash application software and solutions. Provide compelling automated cash application software, ranging from data capture, format processing and invoice reconciliation all the way to reporting. Achieve high AR automation and payment matching rates up to 99%, powered by artificial intelligence (AI) cash application solutions
Accountable for day-to-day execution of AR, Credit Reporting activities with the aim of maximizing receivable turnover and minimizing cost of receivables.
Establishes reporting requirements and expectations with stakeholders, working with them to identify any issues or concerns and develop solutions to address them.
Ensures compliance with internal controls framework and regulatory requirements.
Identifies opportunities and recommends improvements, focusing on efficiency, productivity quality.
Maintains proactive interaction with Sales, Business management, Customers and Customer Services to increase efficiency and integration of the process within the sales to cash flow.
Defines metrics and KPIs to be tracked and reported on a regular basis.
Investigates and reports any internal control breaches or issues.
Oversees team development, ensuring the global team receives adequate functional training according to skills and knowledge required.
Provides guidance to the team to ensure compliance with Credit policies and guidelines, laws and regulations.
Provides coaching and fosters a proper career development of the individual team members.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
University degree in Business Administration or Accounting/Finance.
Relevant experience in AR, credit, finance and/or accounting.
SAP experience with setting-up of rules in AutoBank for Cash application is must
English Proficiency is a must.
Leadership experience is a must.

Strong understanding and focus on internal controls requirements.
Able to deal with uncertainty and a changing environment.
Solid Microsoft Office knowledge: Excel, Power Point, etc.
Lean/Six Sigma Certification is considered a plus.
