Job Description
- Good Experience in support and maintenance of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors projects for clients across the globe
- Good knowledge in configuration of PMGM with EC
- Good knowledge of MDF objects, Rules and Workflows.
- Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.
- Must be able to translate client business rules to technical business requirements. Must possess strong analytical skills.
- Ability to confidently articulate information identified for delivery to the client
- Must have good documentation skills and should be able to work in global environment, Ability to work on multiple modules same time.
- Experience in Application Maintenance Support. L0, L1 L2 Responsible for management of Client Impact tickets. Accountable for Service Restoral / Permanent Resolution of production incidents.
- Responsible for successful Production start-up, Understanding of Roles Authorizations
- Hands on Configuration experience
- Experience defining, implementing, and supporting business processes.
- Good understanding of incident management, and change management.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Experience with data migration and data management activities in SF
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks. Results-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, rapidly-changing team-oriented environment
- Bachelor s degree in business information systems (IS), computer science or related field, or equivalent-related IT experience
- The candidate must be a self-starter, capable of multitasking and efficiently manage their time in a multifaceted environment with demanding deadlines while requiring minimal levels of supervision.
- Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent writing, speaking, analytical, project management, organizational, teamwork, and customer service skills that will assist them in identifying solutions to sophisticated security problems
- Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive sophisticated, technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
