Associate - Presales

• * To work with the SirionLabs IS-Presales to implement Post signature modules like Service Level, Obligation and Invoicing
• * Partner with the Presales team to understand business requirements to implement contract meta-data and obligation extraction business rules and interpretive guidance
• * Should be able to support and manage multiple customer engagement and ensure service delivery
• * Should be well versed in reading and understanding
• Contract document and extract clauses and obligations to assemble them in one Template for contract drafting
• Should have expertise in word, word plugins and excel and its features
• * Prepare periodic reports, trackers and documents

What You ll Need:

• Relevant knowledge to understand post signature module like invoicing, service level and Obligation
• Ability to understand and manage risk arising out of outsourcing contract-based obligations and deliverables
• Proven ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) at all levels
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Excellent business judgment
• Ability to bring consultative thing and value propositions to the clients based on transactional service delivery
