Inviting applications for the role of Data Scientist/NLP Engineer

In this role, the person is responsible for developing and implementing NLP models and algorithms, extracting insights from textual data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Model Development:
• Familiar with Text Extraction and Text-Pre processing
• Develop NLP models for various applications such as text classification, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, POS tagging, Semantic and Syntactic methods, N-grams approach
• Implement machine learning algorithms and deep learning models such as DBSCAN, CNNs, LSTMs, RNNs etc
• Data Analysis:
• Extract meaningful insights from unstructured data.
• Able to identify hypotheses from text data
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Integration and Deployment:
• Integrate NLP models into production systems.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
• Research and Innovation:
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP and AI.
• Experiment with new techniques and tools to improve model performance.
• Documentation and Training:
• Document processes, models, and results.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on NLP techniques and tools.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with NLP frameworks (NLTK, SpaCy, Transformers).
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications/skills:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
