Management Trainee

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage AP Helpdesk operations, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and issues.
• Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat channels.
• Troubleshoot software-related problems using various tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall process efficiency.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in an IT services & consulting industry setting.
• Strong knowledge of AP Helpdesk software applications (e.g., Zendesk) and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone/email/chat platforms.
