We are hiring candidates who have exp of 3-5 years in IT Help Desk.

• A Helpdesk Executive is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and resolving any technical issues that arise.
• This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software problems, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilitites:

• Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware,
• Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
• Ability to work effectively within a team, in managing & maintaining ticket Response & Resolution SLA
