Team lead - IT Helpdesk

Job Description:

• Minimum 5years of overall experience in IT Helpdesk/Service desk operations, including at least two years in a team lead role.
• Should have experience in handling a team of at least 10 members.
• Good communication in both English and Hindi is necessary.
• Knowledge of O365, Outlook, Active Directory, patches, desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Excel and PowerPoint is necessary, as it includes tasks such as SOP preparation, report work, and team performance measurement, which are integral parts of our daily tasks.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools, SLA and Remote tool.
