We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Architect with extensive experience in AI Agents, Workflow Data Fabric, Generative AI, and deploying solutions into production within the ServiceNow ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a ServiceNow enthusiast and technical architect who can design, implement, and deploy robust ServiceNow solutions to meet our business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

• Develop and configure solutions using the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications, integrations, and platform configuration.

• Integrate ServiceNow with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

• Utilize ServiceNow AI Agents to enhance AI-driven customer service capabilities.

• Implement and optimize ServiceNows Workflow Data Fabric to improve data integration and workflow automation.

• Leverage Generative AI to develop intelligent solutions that drive business value.

• Oversee the deployment of ServiceNow solutions into production environments, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and technologies, advocating for their adoption when beneficial.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related field.

• Relevant years of experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect.

• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer, or equivalent.

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development, including custom applications, integrations, and platform configuration.

• Expertise in ServiceNow AI Agents and Workflow Data Fabric.

• Strong background in Generative AI and its application in business contexts.

• Demonstrated experience in deploying ServiceNow solutions into production environments, ensuring best practices in deployment and post-deployment support.

• Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable, and robust ServiceNow solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
