Job Description:

> We are seeking a ServiceNow Mid-level Developer with 3-5 years of experience in the ServiceNow platform, specifically with expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM).

> The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and integration.

> You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure the proper implementation of ServiceNow modules.

Key Responsibilities:

ServiceNow Development:

> Design, configure, and develop applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.

> Customize existing features to meet client requirements.

> Create workflows, business rules, and UI policies as per the project needs.

IT Service Management (ITSM):

> Implement ITSM best practices and ensure alignment with industry standards.

> Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ITSM module.

Configuration and Integrations:

> Work on ServiceNow integrations with other systems (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory, etc.).

> Implement and maintain CMDB (Configuration Management Database).

> Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications.

Asset Management:

> Work on Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules.

> Manage asset lifecycles, including tracking and reporting.

Collaboration:

> Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.

Ensure that ServiceNow solutions align with the business processes and objectives.

Maintain Documentation:

Document development work, changes, and processes for future reference.

Mandatory Requirements:

> 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.

> Strong Experience of ITSM (IT Service Management), specifically incident, problem, and change management.

> Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications.

Secondary Skills (Preferred Knowledge in Any One of the Following Modules):

> HAM (Hardware Asset Management)

> SAM (Software Asset Management)

> CMDB (Configuration Management Database)

> Discovery

> Integrations

> Epro

> CSM (Customer Service Management)
