Team Lead - Software Engineer

Primary Responsibility
Good communication skills oral written.
Monitor all team members and provide necessary advice and guidance.
Training to all team members and motivate them to produce desired results.
Ability to lead, direct and control team members.
Ability to handle multiple modules at the same time.
Delegating tasks to team members

Required Skills
Experience in developing .net web applications using ASP.NET MVC | ASP.NET Core MVC applications.
Knowledge of coding languages (e.g., C++, Java, JavaScript) and frameworks/systems (AngularJS, Git)
Design and develop software applications using HTML 5(Bootstrap); JavaScript; XML; CSS 3; JQuery; JSON Object, Ajax, Web API.
Knowledge of Entity Framework 2.1 and EF Core
Understanding of HTML, JS, and CSS
Ability to learn new languages and technologies.
Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude.
Attention to detail and desire to probe further into data.
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
