Job Title:
Digital Analyst Business Intelligence & Ecommerce Analytics

Job Summary:
Join our team as a Digital Analyst, where you'll lead the charge in transforming data into actionable insights that enhance digital marketing and ecommerce performance. If you thrive on solving complex business problems through advanced analytics tools and love working on the cutting edge of digital trends, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver business intelligence solutions using tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
• Analyse data to develop quantitative reports, uncover trends, and solve business problems.
• Design and implement tracking strategies aligned with industry best practices.
• Test, troubleshoot, and resolve tracking issues effectively.
• Communicate data-driven insights to business partners and stakeholders.
• Create detailed performance reports and provide insights on website and ecommerce performance.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and ecommerce trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with digital analytics tools (Adobe/Google Analytics).
• Strong expertise in data analysis, tracking, and reporting.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and ecommerce strategies.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field; certifications in analytics are a plus.
