Location: Ahmedabad -Corporate office.

Job Description- Business Analyst

• Understand business requirements clearly and use data sources to deliver efficient, quality dashboards.
• Track, compile, analyze, and report sales data to forecast overall and territory-wise sales trends.
• Provide support to Sales Heads with easy access to relevant data.
• Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity and prepare accurate reports from internal and external sources.
• Prepare and monitor variance reports such as Forecast vs. Actual Sales and Competitor Activity Reports to assist in smart budgeting and control management.
• Evaluate data from external sources to assess sales potential and recommend best practices for company success.
• Plan for trade marketing and sales promotions budgets.
• Devise pricing strategies in collaboration with management for existing and new products.
• Responsible for efficient inventory planning, including near-expiry product tracking and liquidation.
• Gather and analyze data to proactively address problem areas, presenting actionable insights to the sales team and management.
• Collaborate with other departments when necessary.

Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent degree, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, Excel.

Experience:

• 10-12 years of relevant experience in business analysis, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of FMCG business processes.
• Experience in managing and analyzing sales, inventory, and financial data to derive actionable insights.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
