Job Description- Manager HR - International Business


Position: Human Resource

Designation: Manager-HR

Department: HR-International Business

Location: Ahmedabad-Corporate Office

Reporting: AGM -HR


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager for our International Business division to oversee HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions ensuring smooth operations, employee engagement, and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.


Job Description:

  • Manage the recruitment process for International Business positions, including screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Designing and ensuring the JDs for all the positions in accordance with organizational structure.
  • Ensure new hires are effectively onboarded and integrated into the team.
  • Manage employee life-cycle of the employee.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Communicate and enforce HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Monitor employee attendance and ensure that they adhere to the shift timings allotted to them, manage leave requests, and address attendance-related issues.
  • Flashing of attendance reports and highlighting deviation cases every month
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale. Prepare and maintain HR reports, records, and documentation. Provide regular updates to senior management on HR-related matters.
  • Ensure that appropriate grading & salary structures are in place in accordance with statutory compliance and internal existing structure.
  • Responsible for performance review through goal setting and KRAs within the timeline.
  • Designing HR policies based on requirements and timely review of existing policies for changes if required.
  • Comply with and support payroll processing, audit procedures & compliance.
  • Timely renewals of agreements or contracts for consultants if any.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Monitor employees' activities, and provide timely feedback to Management.

Qualification:

  • An MBA in HR or an equivalent degree, with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in corporate HR.
  • Must have extensive experience in recruitment and candidate sourcing through various tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, etc., specifically for middle to leadership positions.

Salary: Open for discussion

Bond- 3 Years as per company policy.
