Job Description
- Data entry into HRIS database and other databases / checklists on New/Updated employee details (end to end on-boarding of New Hires and management of External Workers (contractors));
- Adding, changing, closing, cloning positions/ Job Data Records;
- Tax details, Work schedules and Leave Entitlements;
- Managing Public Holiday schedules, Mass uploads, Security profiles, Position Management/Employment Categories. Mass Uploads / Restructures;
- Managing Cost Centres ;
- Mass data uploads Transformation of data with interfaces (CI), large restructures, reconciliation of data; and
- Automation support and oversight
- Graduate of any 3 -year course;
- Excellent Communication Skills (verbal & written)
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills as well as attention to detail;
- Collaboration skills (with operations, support functions, and internal external clients)
- Ability to manage client queries related to Core HR processes; and
- At least 18 months relevant HRIS/Data Management experience, preferably in an Australian shared services setup .

To be very honest. I don't like Pay Scales after promotion and Appraisal in Genpact. #Average hours per week per employed person In India $8,379. Which is last posation in 10 BIGGEST ECONOMIES BY GDP. However in INDIA CEOs' salary increased 1,500% while freeshers' salary up only 50% in last 10 years.
