Principal Consultant, Product Owner

Responsibilities
Define product vision and roadmap, aligned with business goals
Prioritize and maintain the product backlog with clear, actionable user stories
Stakeholder collaboration gather requirements and align with stakeholders to deliver value
Testing oversight Ensure the product is tested thoroughly (functional, non-functional) before UAT to maintain quality
Lead and support agile processes like sprint planning and backlog refinement
Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements and remove blockers
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Good understanding of the product development lifecycle using Agile Methodology and relevant prior experience in drafting vision statements, epics, and user stories, use case documents, solution papers, business workflow documents and high-level functional flows.
Strong experience with a proven track record of success in business analysis, product development or project management.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
