Job Description
- Should have a fair understanding of project management operating model ( change delivery standards).
- What are the prerequisites required from to set up a project.
- Drive ongoing programme / project governance across domain.
- Guide PM/PO s for best practices laid out by central team.
- MIS reporting and highlight management on any inconsistencies or Noncompliance.
- Should have working knowledge on ADO tool and be able to drive ADO governance within the domain for best practices.
- Guide PM/PO s on maintain and execute work via ADO.
- Maintain ADO hygiene by identifying inconsistencies in ADO boards.
- Act as a single point of contact for all ADO related queries.
- Candidate should be abreast with key developments and changes within banks change delivery standards and further develop plans and drive implementation within domain. The desired candidate should have a combination of project management + change management skillsets.
- Strong experience and proven records in delivering major change management initiatives.
- Strong relevant experience in banking / BFSI domain
