Senior Manager, Life Sciences Analytics

We are looking for an operations lead who would be responsible to lead business intelligence and analytics projects for a life sciences account. The candidate will be responsible for offshore operations and delivery of business intelligence and analytics projects.
Responsibilities
Has worked extensively in the life sciences analytics space with hands on experience in LSH domain under consulting analytics
Manage a team of 30+ analysts to lead analytics delivery for pharma majors
Strong understanding of commercial operations and analytics in pharmaceutical, medical device organizations
Prioritize projects and resource allocation without compromising on customer experience
Ensure consistency and adherence to standards of service and quality
Establish and implement best practices
Effectively manage commercial aspects of client relationship including contracts, pricing, profitability and internal revenue
Support business development activities like proposals, response to RFx initiatives
Manage and mentor team members
Project staffing requirements and coordinate with recruitment to on-board new team
Drive organizational goals with the team
Manage offshore operations including solutioning, contracting, resourcing, billing and program management
Ensure periodic compliance, team performance and SLA standards
Lead complex analytics and consulting projects related to sales and marketing for a large US based medical devices client
Liaison with client and onshore team to understand complex business problem and define solution
Support to build PoVs, help structure POCs, is client front-ending, is a story-boarder, and respond to RFP/RFIs
Conduct extensive assessments / blueprinting / due diligence for prioritization problem statements, planning offshore-ability, building solution architecture
Identify areas of innovation
Guide offshore developers and data architects in implementation of solutions
Work with data modelers and developers to identify data needs, sources, and structure to support client issues
Some years of healthcare industry/professional experience as an analyst
Some years of US healthcare commercial industry/professional experience as an analyst.
Ability to work in a team-based environment, as well as, the ability to work independently. Ability to work effectively with people of many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
