Job Description : IT Admin
Responsibilities :
- Manage user access and permissions for AWS-based applications (Java, React, .NET), Power Platform, Azure and custom Applications.
- Administer and configure Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, Dataverse, Azure
- Integrate custom applications with enterprise systems
- Provide ServiceNow support and maintenance
Requirements :
- 3+ years IT administration and user access management experience
- Expertise in user account/group/permission setup across cloud and on-premises apps
- Strong Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, Dataverse, Azure & AWS infra knowledge
- ServiceNow administration skills
- Understanding of IAM best practices
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Preferred :
- Bachelor's in computer science/IT
- Certifications in AWS, Microsoft, ServiceNow
- Experience with IT process automation
