Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain OpenShift clusters on AWS.
- Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and scalability of OpenShift environments.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using OpenShift and AWS services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OpenShift and AWS infrastructure.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
- Automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency using scripting an automation tools.
- Ensure security best practices are followed and compliance requirements are met.
- Provide support and guidance to development teams on containerization and orchestration best practices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an OpenShift Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure.
- Proficiency in managing OpenShift clusters and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management.
- Knowledge of ArgoCD for continuous delivery and GitOps practices.
- Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar certification.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
