Job Description :
Strategic direction summary : Contributes to the organization by delivering high-quality service that clients see Buchprufer as their IT firm of choice.
Position Summary :
The IT Administrator performs diversified Internal IT services under the managers' direction with
minimum assistance. IT Administrator can make decisions on routine jobs except for unusual issues
and circumstances. When such a situation arises, outline them to the IT manager, Directors or
Partners and then act on their advice.
Performance appraisal : Three-six months probation review, and then a Half-yearly review based on the calendar year
Key result area :
Upgrading and installing hardware and software, performing troubleshooting to resolve IT issues, and maintaining our networks and servers.
Major Activities :
a) Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
b) Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
c) Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
d) Creating various user accounts and managing access control options
e) Implementing and managing security protocols and procedures
f) Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
g) Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
h) Perform system back-up and database archiving processes to ensure data recoverability.
i) Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
j) Supervising and mentoring IT department employees, as well as providing IT support.
k) Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
l) Order and stock equipment and supplies when necessary.
m) Monitor and control expenses within allotted budget.
Performance measure : Based on the feedback and performance evaluation report from superior
General :
a) Adhere to HR policies and procedures.
b) Necessary steps should be taken to protect the firm's interest.
c) Ensure minimum chargeability requirements.
d) Ensure a minimum PMS score of 3.9 consistently for further progression

Essential :
a) Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
b) Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
Desirable : Complete knowledge of various IT systems and networks
