Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong background in IT infrastructure, network engineering, and systems administration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Windows 11 Management : Expertise in managing Windows 11 environments and handling migrations.

- Intune and SOE Management : Proficient in using Microsoft Intune for device management and software packaging.

- Microsoft Defender : Skilled in deploying and managing Microsoft Defender for endpoint security.

- Azure Cloud Management : Preferred experience in managing Azure resources such as virtual machines, databases, migration services, policies, and Azure Defender for Cloud.

- Microsoft 365 Administration : Proficiency in administering Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, TEAMS, and Office Suite. (some certifications preferable)

- Technical Troubleshooting : Advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues in a modern workplace environment.

- Documentation : Strong ability to document processes and configurations and provide clear guidelines for team members.

- Network Management : Understanding and configuration of network firewalls, LAN, WAN, VLAN, and SD-WAN technologies.

- Experience with firewalls (e., SonicWall, Checkpoint)

- Experience with DNS management

- Experience with network routers and switches

- Experience with wireless technologies

- Problem-solving : Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Infrastructure Engineer, Network Engineer, or Systems Administrator.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

- Proven experience with the responsibilities and technologies listed above.
