We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Network Engineer to join our IT team. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

What to expect in your journey :

- Monitor and maintain the performance, and security of enterprise networks (LAN, WAN, VPN).

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues (routing, switching, firewall).

- Configure, manage, and optimize network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls).

- Implement and enforce network security protocols, including firewall rules, IPS/IDS, and VPN.

- Manage and monitor network traffic, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.

- Perform network capacity planning, including bandwidth and hardware upgrades.

- Oversee the installation and maintenance of network infrastructure (cabling, racks, etc.).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network integration with other systems.

- Maintain and update network documentation, diagrams, and configurations.

- Lead network incident response efforts and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution.

- Implement network automation and monitoring tools to streamline operations.

- Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution for network systems.

What you bring to the table :

- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Network Engineer.

- CCNA certification or similar industry-recognized IP/Ethernet certification is preferable but not essential and equivalent experience will be considered.

- B. Tech, BCA, B. Sc. Computer Science or relevant
