Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Specialist at Data Dynamics in Pune. The IT Specialist will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, network security, and providing excellent customer service. The role will involve maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring network security, and addressing technical issues efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Network Administration, Troubleshooting, and Network Security skills

- Experience in Information Technology and Customer Service

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Certifications in relevant IT fields (e., CCNA, CompTIA Security+)

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- 2-4 years of experience in IT support and operations.

- Experience in software product company is preferred.

- Experience with Google, Outlook, Microsoft, Email Clients, Adobe, etc.

Responsibilities :

- Provide technical support to the company's software and hardware systems.

- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems.

- Work with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain software.

- Troubleshoot technical issues related to software and hardware systems.

- Manage network security, including firewalls and VPNs.

- Monitor and maintain system performance to ensure optimal functionality.

- Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve IT operation
