Information Technology Administrator - Windows OS (2-3 yrs)

Role : IT Administrator.

Experience : 2-3 Yrs.

Location : Santej, Walking distance from Science city cross road, Ahmedabad.

Required Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience :

- Minimum 2-3 years in IT administration or a similar role.

Technical Skills :

- Proficient in Windows operating systems.

- Experience with server management.

- Knowledge of Google Drive for Business or equivalent cloud storage tools.

- Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and best practices.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in IT support or network security (e., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or similar).

- Familiarity with backup tools like Acronis, Veeam, or equivalent.

- Experience with firewalls such as Fortinet, SonicWall, or similar.

Key Responsibilities :

System Administration :

- Manage and maintain 50+ desktop/laptop computers.

- Handle software installations, updates, and license renewals (including antivirus and subscription-based software).

Data Management :

- Maintain ASUS-based server, including user account management and role-based access control.

- Ensure proper management of data storage on Google Drive.

- Monitor data backups and ensure secure storage of critical business data.

Network and Security :

- Manage overall network performance, including troubleshooting connectivity issues.

- Oversee firewall configurations and maintain strong cybersecurity protocols.

- Regularly update and monitor antivirus software across all systems.

Support and Troubleshooting :

- Provide timely technical support to employees for hardware and software issues.

- Train staff on basic IT protocols and best practices to enhance system security.

Documentation and Reporting :

- Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets.

- Document IT policies, procedures, and processes for internal use.

- Generate periodic reports on IT infrastructure performance, issues, and resolutions.
