Inviting applications for the role of Manager - PMO Advisory
In this role, you will be part of a team supporting our Advisory Partners to lead and execute strategic projects, with leading companies, to drive transformation through our Digital, Analytics and Consultative capabilities with our industry leading methodologies.
Responsibilities
Develops and maintains the Program Management Plan including documentation of the programs operating rhythm and all the processes and guidelines around status reporting, milestone management, risk and issues management, dependency management, change control procedures, document management procedures, asset management, program meeting structures and timings.
Manages the timely completion of the project - through defining and sequencing activities, effective estimation of resourcing effort & durations; development and controlling schedule.
Reports on whether projects are delivering capabilities in line with the baselined scope, schedule, costs and benefits in line with the agreed investment plans.
Maintains open communication updating all stakeholders about any changes and ensuring this is cascade to all the project team members.
Ensures the program adheres to Program Execution, Project Execution, Program/Project Governance, Change Management and Risk frameworks, Project Accounting Guidelines and methodologies as outlined by the Delivery Excellence (DX).
Ensures that all mandatory templates, documentation and processes are completed and signed off for compliance and audit purposes.
Facilitates the Deep Dive sessions within the program to help monitor status and fast track the resolution of issues.
Applies governance structures and frameworks ensuring appropriate project governance processes are embedded within each project.
Implements the necessary program registers to track changes, key decisions, achievements and action items, along with requisition and invoice approvals.
Establishes, monitors and coordinates project reporting timelines, structures and ensures there is transparency in reporting.
Plans and executes quality management activities that ensures consistent quality outcomes through adherence to polices, controls and standards.
Collates financial data produced by Enterprise Project Finance into program/project Steering Committee packs and other program reporting.
Ensure risk management plans are in place, current and followed.
Ensures there is timely, appropriate, and relevant communications to key stakeholders.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor s degree or master s/MBA in the either of the following disciplines: business, finance, supply chain, accounting, analytics, engineering, or data management.
Proven track record on Project Management and Financial Management.
Experienced Project Manager.
Experience in relevant industry and applicable domains.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
Understanding of digital and analytical trends within industry.
Experience with collaboration and facilitation techniques.
Knowledge of project planning techniques and methods.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Excellent problem solver, hyper logical and goal-oriented thinker.
Structured and organised approach. Develop, plan and organise, adjusting activities to achieve outcomes.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills verbal and written.
Excellent presentation skills in person & virtually.
Ability to work effectively in team environments.
Able to create & maintain relationship easily.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, to work at pace and with accuracy.
