Job Description
- Develop and implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure effective project delivery.
- Establish and maintain project management standards and best practices across the organization.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor and track project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Do regular Project Audits and report out the gaps, have an action plan to close the gaps.
- Create/customize necessary templates for Daily, Weekly, Monthly updates to customer and for Internal.
- Make sure teams create and follow required SOPs, Best Practices, Case Studies etc.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Do collaborate with QMS Lead and do Quality of documentation Audits regularly
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Must have PMO / CSM / ITIL certified with min 5 years of exp at least 2years in PMO role.
- Proven experience in software development project management, must have worked with onshore/offshore model.
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, thought leadership skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage complex project challenges
