Mis Manager

Role & responsibilities

Dealing with Clients & Operations in terms of reporting requirements

Presentation of Business metrics to clients

Support Adhoc requests within the stipulated time

Regular weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting

Gather data from ERP system & follow up for data extraction with concern teams

Analyze datasets, assess current business process and provide solutions

Process documentation

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of MIS reporting & Analytics, Advance MS Excel, VBA Macros
• Knowledge of Power BI with hands on experience
• Knowledge of Data Consolidation, clean up & deriving insights
• Clear communication and ability to explain process metrics numbers
• Excellent Interpersonal skills and Analytical reasoning ability
• Working knowledge of SAP Business Objects, Tableau or similar reporting tools
• Flexibility to quickly shift priorities, multi-task and prioritize simultaneous requirements in fast paced environment and balance all to completion
• Knowledge of underlying technology SQL & Data visualization tools will get added advantage
