Criteria:

• Timely Certification of RA Bills, Final bills
• Quantities take-off from drawings for civil core and shell works,
• Quantities take-off for civil, finishes, mep etc.,
• Preparation and or verification of Bar Bending Schedules
• Joint Measurements with contractors Free Issue Material Reconciliation.
• Knowledge in prevailing market rates i.e material, labour rates, labour outputs etc.,
• Knowledge in labour output of different works and material coefficients
• Preparation of Cost to Complete report at various stages of project
• Preparation of Misc. Civil works BOQ
• Material quantity take off for brought out items
• Validation of extra items • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS office
• Creating Service and material codes in Master Data DATA Guru as per approved BOQ description.
• Must have Managerial skills           
• Must have Good Communication skills
