Job Title: General Manager - Projects (Real Estate - High Rise Buildings)

Experience Required: Minimum 15+ years in real estate construction, specifically high-rise residential/commercial buildings

Industry: Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure

Job Overview: The General Manager Projects will be responsible for planning, executing, and ensuring the successful completion of high-rise residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate should have strong project managementskills, be able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and optimize budgets while maintaining high-quality standards

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Location: Ghaziabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Supervise site operations, monitor progress, and ensure workforce efficiency.
• Work closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality control measures.
• Review and approve project budgets, contractor bids, and payment schedules.
• Optimize resource allocation and implement cost-effective strategies.
• Identify potential project risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
• Promote innovation by integrating modern construction techniques and advanced technology.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams and multiple stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, project planning, and execution.
• Understanding of industry regulations, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.
