Job Title: Project Head (Operations)

Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in project management

Person must have a significant and hands-on experience of working with contractors.

Qualification: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering

Location: Andheri

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations, ensure effective execution of business strategies, and drive productivity through policies, procedures, and KPI monitoring.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with the management to develop and implement business strategies, lead large projects, and drive continuous improvement for profitability and efficiency.
- Financial Management: Align operations with financial goals, manage budgets, and provide forecasts and insights for financial planning.
- People Management: Lead and mentor department heads, foster a collaborative culture, and develop future leaders within the organization.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations, manage operational risks, and implement quality control processes.
- Stakeholder Relations: Act as liaison between internal and external stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners to drive growth.
