Role & responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Leadership role in High rise building in Hi Tech city, Hyderabad as PMC
- Manage team of 7 to 15 engineers
- Quality, safety and time line monitoring
- Manage projects from inception to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Certification of bills of vendor.
- Coordinate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery of projects within specified timelines.
