Project Management Consultant (PMC)/Site Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Coordination:
• Develop comprehensive project plans for interior fitout of retail stores.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure all project activities are executed as per the schedule and within budget.
2. Quality Control:
• Implement quality control procedures to ensure high standards of work.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Address any issues or defects promptly to maintain project integrity.
3. Finishing Activities:
• Manage all types of finishing activities including POP, gypsum, false ceilings, painting, tiling, marble installation, grinding, Flooring, light fixing, façade, kitchen installation and waterproofing.
• Ensure the finishing work meets the aesthetic and functional requirements of the project.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain detailed project documentation including plans, schedules, and reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in managing projects for high-end retail outlets such as apparel stores, hotels, jewelry shops, and coffee shops.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Engineering ,Interior design, Architecture Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-7 years of experience in project management for interior fit out, especially in retail outlets.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously across various locations.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
