Client (ONROLL): A leading construction company providing solutions for industrial & warehousing projects.

Job Summary:

Responsible for project scheduling, progress tracking, and resource optimization to ensure timely and budget-compliant project execution

Candidates must have worked on Warehouse project

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera/MS Project.

- Monitor progress, identify delays, and propose solutions.

- Optimize resource allocation and mitigate risks.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure workflow efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelors in Civil Engineering or related field.

- Experience: 5-10 years in construction planning.

Skills:

Proficiency in scheduling tools,

Strong analytical and communication skills,

Multitasking ability.

Work Conditions:

Office-based with regular site visits.
