About the Company:

Leading organization specialized in Design, PMC and Construction activities headquarter in Dubai.

Job Title: Mechanical / BIM Modeler

Experience Required: Minimum 6+ years

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed mechanical drawings for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and gas systems.

- Collaborate with engineers to align designs with project standards.

- Ensure compliance with local and international MEP codes and standards.

- Maintain and update project documentation.

Skills & Knowledge:

- Strong understanding of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection).

- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Preferred:

- Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection.
