As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers
Your primary objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any inquiries or issues they may have
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Assist customers in a friendly and empathetic manner, actively listening to their concerns and providing appropriate solutions.
Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating the root cause, escalating as necessary, and ensuring a timely resolution.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding products, pricing, promotions, and company policies.
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
Document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and detailed records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Technical Support, and Logistics, to address customer needs and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the management team.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to better understand customer expectations and market dynamics.
Adhere to established service levels, response times, and quality standards.
Requirements:
