Role & responsibilities

The Business Development Deputy General Manager / General Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the economic growth and turn over success of our company. The incumbent will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of strategic initiatives to expand our market presence, identify new business opportunities, and enhance revenue streams. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on execution to achieve our business objectives and mission.


  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the business development team, setting clear goals and ensuring organisational growth and Train team professionals and help improve their skills.
  • Use financial techniques to improve corporate sales revenue and Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met.
  • To develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in negotiating favorable terms, pricing, and conditions in various business transactions. This includes the ability to assess risks, communicate effectively, and find mutually beneficial solutions to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and enhance lead nurturing tactics in business development by collaborating through email, website, and social media.
  • Utilize customized business development strategies to build and sustain business relationships with current, prospective, and targeted customers.
  • Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective promotion and sales solutions.
  • Creating informative presentations, technical write-ups, and animations to promote our products, services, company, consumer satisfaction, scope, and so on to prospective customers.
  • Interact with customers and respond to important inquiries about the companys products or services.
  • Preparing, presenting, and delivering information at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, conferences, seminars and other forums.
  • Create and implement multi-channel campaigns, Exhibition and Seminars in Regional and International locations, ensuring that communications and message are consistent across all channels.
  • Identify, evaluate, solicit, and follow-up with targets using a variety of sales, communication, and marketing tactics.
  • Establish and grow relationships with important prospects in order to identify and address their business needs.
  • Prepare and present business development strategies and progress reports to the top management.
  • Meet revenue targets from new and existing clients.
  • Understanding the Customers problems and collaborate with our Technical Team to provide solution for their needs.
  • Create networks in order to find new customers.
  • Work on promoting our company's growth.
  • Create and execute successful campaigns from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with the Digital Marketing, Designing and Website Development team for the Companys promotional activities.
  • Create strategic partnerships and commercial agreements with current and prospective customers.
  • In order to produce more qualified leads and enhance customer conversions, use customer and market information to influence outreach efforts
  • Investigating and analyzing market trends and competitors market positions.
  • Evaluating the efficiency of marketing programmes and reporting outcomes to the Reporting Authority and Top Management.
  • Develop cost-effective marketing strategy for the promotion of products, company, and services.
  • Maintain detailed written and verbal reports on all marketing and sales data.
  • Modifies marketing tactics and plans based on acquired data and other input.
  • Involves creating a business network and strengthening ties between the organization and its clients by providing excellent service and tempting service representation.
  • Ensure the success of the project by maintaining relationships with consumers.
  • Analyze and create resources that are pertinent to sales and business development objectives.
  • Work toward the organization's revenue generating and sales growth targets in accordance with its business techniques.
  • Collaborate with the Top Management and other employees to achieve the desirable results.
  • Teamwork and a collaborative approach to work.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Experience : 15 to 25 Years

Education Qualification : Any UG / PG degree (BE Mechanical with MBA in Marketing preferable)

Industrial Type : Manufacturing / Industrial / Production

Functional Area : Business Development / Marketing / Corporate Sales / Commercial

Language : English (R, W & S), Hindi (S) and Tamil (S)

Age : 38 to 50 Years

Preferred Location : Anywhere in India
