Head - Strategy - NBFC (10-15 yrs)

We have requirement for Head Strategy with one of Leading NBFC Company

Position : Head Strategy

Education : CA or MBA

Location : Chennai

Job Role:

Competition Tracking and Performance Analysis:

- Competitor and peer-group analyses, Track Peers Performance, Calls and updates and prepare peer comparison reports on an ongoing basis

- Tracking developments in the NBFC industry and trends

Budgeting:

- Prepare Annual Business Plan & Long-Term Business Plan ( Budgeting exercise) by coordinating with Senior management

- Hands on experience in making financing plan and sensitivity analysis, Business Model/Financial projection

- Variance Analysis of Actual vs Budget

External Stakeholders:

- Coordinating, setting up and leading varied external stakeholder meetings in discussion with MD&CEO

- Ensure data required by Prospective Investors are provided in a clear and concise manner on a timely basis

MD&CEO- Support:

- Support MD Office in preparing

- Monthly Performance Review report (Budget vs Actual)

- Quarterly Board Meeting presentation for MD

- Collateral and presentations for MD for his Meetings Externally

- Notes for Panel discussion/Conference Calls of MD

- Adhoc Analytics as per MD requirements

- Research on new Products/ Preparing detailed Business plans for new business in consultations with Business Head/Senior leadership team

- Leading Projects - Leading and Driving organization change by partnering with senior stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
