Position : Head HR Business Partner
Education : MBA/ PGDM/ PGHRM
Location : Chennai
Age: Max 48 Years
Job Role :
- Oversee HR programs: Ensure that HR programs and initiatives are aligned with the organization's strategic goals
- Collaborate with business leaders: Work with business leaders to define and communicate performance goals to senior staff
- Guide HR strategies: Guide the development of HR strategies and approaches to attract, develop, and retain talent
- Partner with line managers: Partner with line managers to execute the performance management process
- Advise on resource planning: Advise line managers on resource planning options
- Partner with other HR leads & HR leadership in the deliberation and establishment of both short and long-term departmental strategies.
- Supports business's departmental heads and managers as well as other employees on key organizational and management matters.
- Acts as a guide coaches these business leaders on HR policies and processes, inclusive of talent planning, development, state legislature, and performance management in order to promote a culture of continuous growth and development in the business
- A "go to' person for employees on key organizational and management matters.
- Partners with business leaders on HR policies and processes, inclusive of talent planning, development, state legislature, and performance management in order to promote a culture of continuous growth and development in the business
- Contributes to HR Projects and technology initiatives as and when required
- Plays major analytical role by leveraging workforce insights and analytics in order to focus the business's leaders on relevant people management issues while assessing potential strategies and solutions.
- Conducts research and data analytics that identify talent gaps, assesses organizational performance, -and proposes solutions that are in support of the business and that are in promotion of ongoing talent, development plans, and succession.
